When your team isn't buried in documentation, billing queues, and phone overflow — they're doing what they trained for. RIAmetric handles the operational weight so your clinicians can give every patient their full attention.
Every service is staffed by healthcare-trained professionals who plug into your systems and follow your protocols from day one.
Give physicians back 2+ hours every day. Our scribes document encounters in real time so your providers never take charts home again.
Every ring answered by a real person who knows healthcare. Patients connect, appointments fill, and your front desk finally breathes.
Stop leaving money on the table. Clean claims, faster payments, and a billing team that actually chases down every dollar.
Certified coders who get it right the first time. Fewer denials, cleaner audits, and reimbursement that reflects care delivered.
Credentialing, referrals, prior auths, patient intake — handled by specialists who understand healthcare admin.
We sit down with your team — not to sell, but to listen. What's working, what's breaking, where the hours disappear. That clarity shapes everything we build together.
We build your team — matched to your specialty, your EHR platform, and the way your clinic actually operates. They train on your protocols before day one.
Your new team plugs directly into Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth — whatever you run. Most practices are fully operational with their RIAmetric team before they expect it — with zero disruption to patient care.
We don't disappear after launch. Monthly performance reviews, process refinements, and transparent KPI dashboards keep your operations improving every quarter.
RIAmetric changed the rhythm of our clinic. Physicians are finishing their day on time. Charts are closed before they leave the building. And for the first time in years, our docs aren't dreading Monday mornings.
Solo clinics, group practices, multi-location health systems — we support 30+ specialties including primary care, cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, dermatology, emergency medicine, OB/GYN, behavioral health, and more.
Yes. We work directly inside Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, and most other platforms. No new software, no extra logins — we plug into what you already use.
Most practices are fully operational with their RIAmetric team faster than they expect — without disrupting a single patient interaction. We handle everything: team selection, protocol training, and system integration on our end, so your staff experiences a seamless handoff, not a project.
Every workflow, credential, data transmission, and communication channel meets or exceeds HIPAA requirements. Our infrastructure is built from the ground up for healthcare compliance.
Absolutely. Start with one remote scribe, expand to a full team. Scale up during flu season, dial back in quieter months. No long-term contracts required.
We don't work like a vendor. Your team learns your workflows, attends your huddles, follows your protocols, and is measured against your KPIs — not generic service-level metrics.
From the moment a patient calls to the moment their claim is paid — RIAmetric has trained professionals ready to handle the work that keeps your practice running.

30 minutes. We listen first — understanding your workflows, pain points, and what success looks like for your specific practice.
A detailed plan with specific roles, timelines, and transparent pricing delivered within 48 hours. No surprises.
We select and train your dedicated professionals on your EHR, protocols, and providers before day one.
Your dedicated team is active, measured, and continuously improving. We stay close — weekly check-ins, KPI reviews, and real adjustments based on what your practice actually needs.
When documentation follows physicians home every night, something is broken. RIAmetric's remote scribes work alongside your providers in real time — capturing encounters with clinical precision so the chart is done before the patient leaves the room.
For every hour a physician spends with a patient, nearly two hours go to EHR work. That's not a workflow issue — it's a systemic drain on the people your practice depends on most. Burnout doesn't start with difficult patients. It starts with a screen that won't stop demanding attention.
Your scribe connects securely to live encounters through HIPAA-compliant audio or video channels. They document directly inside your EHR — the same system your team already uses. Notes are completed before the visit wraps up.
We don't assign generalists and hope for the best. Our scribes are trained across 30+ specialties — from primary care and cardiology to orthopedics, neurology, emergency medicine, dermatology, behavioral health, OB/GYN, and pain management.
When a patient calls your practice and reaches voicemail, there's an 85% chance they don't call back. That's not just a missed call — it's a missed diagnosis, a missed appointment, a patient who walks somewhere else. RIAmetric makes sure that never happens.
It's easy to dismiss a missed call as minor. But multiply that across a busy day, a busy week, a busy flu season — and you're looking at thousands of dollars in lost appointments.
Calls are answered with your practice name and custom greeting. Messages sync directly into your PMS. Escalation protocols mirror your clinical guidelines exactly.
Full-day support, overflow during peak hours, after-hours only, weekends, holidays — we design a call flow that matches how your practice actually operates.
The average practice loses 5–11% of collectible revenue to billing errors, missed charges, and follow-up that never happens. That's not a rounding error — it's hundreds of thousands of dollars a year walking out the door.
It's rarely one big mistake. It's dozens of small ones — a missed modifier, a demographic typo, a denial that nobody appealed, an aged claim that fell off the follow-up list.
Monthly revenue cycle performance dashboards. Denial trend reports with corrective actions. AR aging analysis. Collection rate breakdowns. Direct access to your billing team lead for any question, any time.
Our team stays current on CMS guidelines, payer policy updates, HIPAA billing privacy rules, and state-specific regulations. Every claim we submit is reviewed for compliance before it leaves.
Credentialing deadlines. Referral authorization workflows. Insurance pre-certifications. Prior auth queues that never seem to end. These aren't generic admin tasks — they're healthcare-specific operations that require people who actually understand the system.
A virtual assistant who can manage calendars and email won't understand why a credentialing deadline matters, how to navigate a payer portal, or what documentation a prior authorization requires.
You get a dedicated assistant who learns your workflows, knows your providers by name, understands your payer mix, and participates in your morning huddles. They don't rotate. They don't disappear.
Hiring, training, managing, and retaining in-house admin staff is expensive and unpredictable. With RIAmetric, you add exactly the capacity you need — without payroll burden, office space, benefits administration, or turnover headaches.
One wrong digit in a CPT or ICD-10 code can trigger a denial, delay payment for weeks, or put your practice on a payer's audit radar. Medical coding isn't data entry — it's the financial backbone of your entire revenue cycle.
Every patient encounter generates a chain of codes that determines how much you get paid, how quickly, and whether the claim passes scrutiny. When coding is sloppy, the effects cascade.
Our coders don't just assign codes — they review the clinical documentation first. They catch gaps that could lead to downcoding. They identify legitimate upcoding opportunities based on what was actually documented.
Coding for an orthopedic surgery encounter is fundamentally different from coding a behavioral health visit. Our coders maintain specialty-specific training across cardiology, OB/GYN, general surgery, pain management, radiology, and emergency medicine.
Healthcare practices shouldn't have to choose between great patient care and smooth operations. RIAmetric was built to make sure they don't.
The administrative reality of running a healthcare practice in the U.S. has grown relentlessly. Documentation demands have expanded. Billing complexity has deepened. Patient expectations for communication and access have risen. And through it all, the same clinical teams are expected to absorb the growing operational load while maintaining the quality of care their patients depend on.
RIAmetric was built to address that gap — not with generic outsourcing, but with healthcare-specific operational teams who understand the difference between a prior auth and a referral, who can navigate payer portals without a tutorial, and who know that a credentialing deadline isn't something you push to next week.
Every professional we deploy is trained specifically for healthcare environments. They learn your systems. They follow your protocols. They join your huddles. And they're measured against the outcomes that matter to your practice — not abstract service-level metrics that look good on paper but don't move the needle.
We don't serve retail, finance, or tech. Every system, every training program, every hire is built exclusively for healthcare operations.
Our professionals learn your workflows, know your providers, and operate as an extension of your practice — not a disconnected vendor.
We track physician time reclaimed, denials reduced, revenue recovered, and satisfaction improved — not just tasks completed.
Start with one role. Expand to a full team. Scale with seasonal volume. No long-term contracts locking you into capacity you don't need.
No pitch deck. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about your operational challenges and whether RIAmetric is the right fit to solve them.
A 30-minute call to understand your workflows, pain points, and what "better" looks like for your practice.
A tailored proposal with specific roles, timelines, and transparent pricing — no surprises.
We handle team assembly, training, and system integration — so your practice never misses a beat and your staff never feels the transition.
